Orders are not processed, packed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
During launches, limited releases or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed after multiple courier attempts, or if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact info@honourwear.com and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by their local authorities.
