Refund policy
At HONOUR, every release is produced in carefully limited quantities. We encourage all customers to review product details, measurements, and our size guide before placing an order.

Exchanges
If your item does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Be in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be free from stains, fragrances, deodorant marks, alterations, or any signs of wear.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
Store Credit
If your requested size is unavailable, or if an exchange cannot be completed, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase value of the returned item.
Store credit has no expiry date and may be redeemed on any future HONOUR release.
Refunds
Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Preference after purchase
Refunds will only be issued if:
- You receive an incorrect item.
- Your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.
- Your order cannot be fulfilled by HONOUR.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@honourwear.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Our team will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Final Sale
Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
